We are currently accepting applications for students scheduled to enter in October 2022 (first application). The application screening period is from May 6th to May 9th. The Institute for Planetary Materials conducts a five-year doctoral program as the Division of Earth and Planetary Materials Science in the Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology, Okayama University. Please note that all other departments in the Graduate School have Master's and Doctoral programs, so please be careful not to make a mistake. Please be sure to refer to the application guidelines for the five-year program.
The Divison of Earth and Planetary Materials Science has three departments: Department of Analytical Planetary Chemistry, Department of Experimental Planetary Physics, and Cooperative Course (Department of Organic Geochemistry), but students can actually belong to the first two departments.
