On-site Registration
The registration desk will be open on October 2, from 2:00 - 7:30 PM
at the meeting place (Kurayoshi Mirai Chushin). A shuttle bus will
leave the hotel approximately every 30 minutes between 1:30 and 5:30
PM that day. Preregistered persons should check in there and collect
their badges, abstract volume, etc. On-site registration can also be
made if you did not register in advance.
Reception (Ice breaker) will start from 7:00 PM at Mirai Chushin
Atrium (Poster session place).
The registration desk will be open in the same location between
8:30 AM and 16:00 PM for the conference period.
